This week's Asshole of the week is Comcast. My bill recently jumped from $53 a month to $63 a month. When I sent them an email asking what was going on they told me I had to call them to find out in order to prove that I am me, Well they provided me with the email address I used to contact them and no one else has access to my email address so that pretty much proves that I am who I say I am.
I have talked to these people several times on the phone in the past and they have wasted a lot of my time, and I am sick of it!. I asked them a simple question and all it requires is a simple answer.
